Once the fish is done you can just pull the meat off the bones and start building your tacos. Add some lime juice and bring the pulled meat back to the grill while you wait on the corn to finish. Once this is all done, you can add your street corn sauce, and build your tacos with your preferred toppings.

Perfect chowder for cold winter days, when the weather is rough, and you're stuck inside not fishing. Often times, the highest quality of meat in a fish is discarded after it is filleted. In groupers, the head bares the fattiest and richest meat in the entire fish, and when boiled down, makes an incredible broth base for fish chowder.
Man, we get this question all the time. Everyone wants to catch bigger bottom fish...including us!
Here is a great tip that you need to incorporate immediately if you are not already doing this...what is it?...
Mix sand with your chum and send your bait to the bottom inside the chum ball. Also, simply dropping sand/chum balls to the bottom in the area you are fishing gets the chum to where the fish are. When you just put out a chum bag, you are only getting the chum to the surface of the water and maybe a couple of feet below. This is great for Yellowtails, but the grouper has no idea that chum is even there.
